Looks like she has been giving her zinc to the zinneas. Tell her to eat her veg z's. Gotta offer a guess before you post. Hopefully I'm wrong, if I'm right I'm going to have to become an agronomist.

Your calcium and phosphorus and ph are high? These are the things that conflict with zinc. So that's why I concluded you might have a relative deficiency. Check out Patons soil test... They are high in zinc. The healthy appearance of the Patons plants and their soil test should dismiss some of the concerns about excesses of zinc.
Not sure your plant really is high in zinc, but maybe I'm clueless, unless there's herbicide I admittedly have no clue.
I'm sure you are feeding boron, etc so I just dont know. Well, eventually you'll figure it out...
