Subject: Wrong vine direction

I accidentally planted a giant pumpkin plant backwards two days ago there are two 16 in apart can I do a vine pattern that allows for this the wall is fou4 feet ahad or can I dig it out again but I’m afraid of damaging it’s or it’s neighbours root system the plant was 15 days old a5 transplant. Wha5 should I do.

If possible dig it up carefully you should be ok. In Two days there isn't going to be tons of growth. If you don't want to dig it up you can bend it slowly around over time during hot weather.

You can do either, bending back isn't as hard as it sounds in hot weather over a couple days. I personally don't like the idea of damaging roots at this late in the game especially on a neighbor plant. If it was April or early May, I would say go for it.
