My 10.80 was a very slow one,in fact I didn't even bother with it until one day I finally looked at it and realized it had finally done something, so I wouldn't be too worried yet.

This is where more stem thickness would help, maybe? I have noticed different thickness of stems on the same plant... Almost like random luck. But if its just the weather then no worries... turtle can win against the hare.
