That State Up North

Hello all

I want to get the word out, there is going to be a weighoff in Stow Ohio October 18 this year, the exact schedule for the day's events isn't determined yet, but the contest is on. Not big prize money, but should be a fun time for anyone with some extra pumpkins to take. I have a copy of the rules, so send me email if you are interested.

5th $100
6th-10 $50

here is the schedule for the weighoff Oct 18
Growers should start arriving at 3:00 p.m.
4:00-6:30p.m.- Weighoff
7:00p.m.- Awards presentation

should be a fun time, I plan to be there and if my clone monster makes it that far, I hope to bring the largest clone fruit yet. The weighoff will be following basic GPC rules except there is only one class giant pumpkins (squash can compete in the same class). Email me for the complete rules
