I notice that a lot of growers will rip a plant up if it has more than one main vine. Why do you do this? I ask because my 1462 Gibson has this very issue. I am keeping the two vines for now though because the actual main is pretty twisted and i want a back up in case it breaks. You can see a pic of the twisted vine in my growers diary.

I would simply cut off the less desirable vine. Leaving one will take away from the "keeper".
